What we do
- Take over the operation of your cloud platform, pipelines and clusters. First we map and document it, then we look after it.
- Set up monitoring and alerts so that only what’s really burning wakes you up, and handle incidents according to agreed priorities.
- Update and patch regularly and watch for end of support in the components you use.
- Every month you get a short summary: what happened, what we changed, what we recommend and what the cloud costs.

How we work
The first month is about taking over: access, a map of the environment, the first runbooks and quick fixes for what’s most risky. Then regular operations run with an agreed response time during working hours and priority handling of critical incidents. You have the scope and the price in writing upfront.
